Job description
I am recruiting for a consultancy company with a nationwide presence who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their fun and enthusiastic marketing team. Ideally the company are looking for someone who is at the start of their career who wants to learn all areas within Marketing and is eager to take on responsibility. The role will also have some graphic design involved so if you have an interest in this area and are familiar with the Adobe suite then that’s an added bonus!
Key Duties:
** Using tools like InDesign to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, whitepapers, infographics etc for digital and physical usage based on the required briefs and inline with our brand standards
** Supporting the creation of Digital Marketing campaigns and creative.
** Making revisions and updates to existing marketing materials, such as changing branding, amending text and changing layouts to meet the needs of the business
** Managing wider tasks relevant to the team, which can include direct mail to admin
** Management of our central marketing library to ensure all materials are the latest version and as new materials are created making sure they are added accordingly to the library
** Administering and maintaining our global app, including doing relevant updates, posting appropriate content and reporting on performance metrics
** Supporting other departments (e.g. compliance) to proof materials required for new people joining our business and providing relevant insights to support the legal and contractual side of our business
What we need from you:
** Proven interested in marketing- degree or work
** Adobe suite proficiency
** Understanding of LinkedIn and Social Media Channels
** Create flair and strong attention to detail
** Strong communication skills
** Ability to deliver tasks on time
