The Role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional events and activations, primarily for our prestigious Porsche account. You're not just part of the team; you're a key player in shaping and evolving innovative activities. Your passion for delivery, creative thinking, and collaboration will be essential in overseeing Event Managers and Brand Ambassadors and working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Support Project Managers and Account Directors in ensuring timely and budgeted project delivery.
- Event & Activation Delivery: Play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution, from setup to close down.
- Creative Management: Contribute to brainstorming, manage creative requirements, and collaborate with designers.
- People Management: Lead and coordinate teams, suppliers, and colleagues within Hyphen.
- Finance Management: Obtain quotes, negotiate rates, protect margins, and reconcile projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management in events/experiential marketing.
- Passionate and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Problem-solving ability with the confidence to escalate when needed.
- Solid financial budget understanding and IT literacy.
Remuneration:
- Salary up to £28k (dependent on experience).
- 26 annual leave + bank holiday (pro-rata)
