Job description

You will be joining a supportive, and passionate team of people , who are focused on early intervention support for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs. There is an opportunity for Hybrid working, so you will be working onsite and from home; we know how important a good work-life balance is for you, your family and to your career. Other key responsibilities include: To line manage a team of both qualified and Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP)s. To liaise with our university on all aspects of a trainee's course requirements to ensure they qualify within the dedicated time frame. To be part of the Mental Health Support Teams leadership team in Oxfordshire to ensure this model is delivered to the NHS framework and meets all the performance targets. To be a senior point of contact with our education partners in the area you work in. To work autonomously as a High Intensity CBT Therapist taking a small caseload, if qualified.
