Your new company
My client is an Award-Winning Logistics company, boasting an international reputation and massive growth plans over the next 5 years. They are currently seeking an HRIS Specialist to join them for 6 months to manage the implementation of a new HR System. Ideally, seeking a part-time candidate, however they are open to seeing full time applicants as well.

Your new role
My client is looking for a HRIS specialist to support the implementation of a new HR System, Dimensions. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the project, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and timeline. You will also provide training and support to the end users, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in HRIS implementation, preferably with Dimensions or a similar system. You should also have strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders, such as HR, IT, vendors, and consultants.
