Development Legal Executive - Cardiff
Excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive to join a leading national law firm.
Our client is a top-ranked law firm with offices spread across the UK. They are currently looking for a Legal Executive to join their busy Plot Sales team in Cardiff.
The role will involve dealing with plot sales in a dynamic and fast moving environment for house builders of new build homes, running your own caseload from reservation to completion, handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales.
To be considered, you must have previous development and new build property legal work experience whether acting for buyers or sellers. Ideally you will be a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
