International Sales Executive Salary - £60,000 Per Annum (£100,000 Plus OTE) Remote Based Are you an experienced sales professional with a knack for strategy? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to spearhead sales growth within the AdTech, OTT, and enterprise verticals. Reporting directly to the VP of International Sales, this role requires a strategic thinker with a successful track record in high-growth environments, particularly in selling high-tech systems and services, preferably Internet-based products. What We're Looking For: As the ideal candidate, you'll be passionate about prospecting, presenting, and sealing deals. Your role will involve building relationships and gaining trust from executive decision-makers. Leveraging your skills, you'll pitch the ongoing benefits of the products and employ data-driven strategies to negotiate complex, large-scale agreements and partnerships. Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospective clients aligned with our ideal customer profile to closing deals and exceeding quotas for new client and revenue growth. Nurture and strengthen relations with current and potential clients. Develop a sales strategy by identifying client needs, challenges, and industry trends to effectively sell the offerings of the business Represent at trade shows and industry networking events. Lead negotiations of contractual terms and pricing, overcoming objections to secure deals. Maintain a strong knowledge of products, pricings, and value proposition, anticipating the needs of new prospects and clients. Utilise sales software, such as Salesforce, to track the pipeline with accurate updates for reliable revenue forecasts. Requirements: 3 years of sales/business development experience Proven history of surpassing revenue goals through solution-oriented and creative thinking. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to articulate the distinct attributes of technology products and services. Excellent communication skills, including strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and written skills. Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with decision-makers and a track record of retaining key clients. Hunger for success and the ability to hit the ground running.
