Job description
The successful candidate will provide specialist psychological interventions to mothers, infants and families during the perinatal period. Delivering specialist psychological assessment, therapy, advice, supervision and consultation as required The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the services policies and procedures. There are supportive professional management and supervision structures in place within the specialty, and active peer supervision group meetings. Psychological services in the Trust consist of about 200 members of staff, and are highly respected by clinicians and managers within the organisation and beyond. Excellent academic and training links exist with Salomons Centre, Canterbury Christ Church University College. Provision of CPD is good and strong professional development structures are in place. You will have opportunities for collaboration on research and service evaluation projects within the Service. Please see job description for full details.
