About Our Client

Our Retail client who are a household name and are renowned for their employee-centric approach to building and developing their team. Due to how quickly the business is growing the Credit Controller (Hybrid) will have every opportunity to lean from the best and progress their own career.

Job Description

The Credit Controller (Hybrid) will be responsible for:

• Utilising Phone, email and letter to chase overdue debtors
• Resolving client disputes
• Posting and production of weekly debtor letters
• Building positive relationship with fee earners and clients
• Working proactively aside the Accounts Payable team
• Daily reconciling of your sales ledger
• Daily maintenance of the database

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Credit Controller (Hybrid) will have:

• Previous experience chasing debts
• Comprehensive understanding of process for debt collecting
• A confident phone manner which can be tailored to the client
• Strong it skills across Microsoft products
