Job description
Blue Arrow are on look out for Warehouse Operative in Livingston.
Monday - Friday 0730 - 1600
Weekly Pay
Temp to perm after 13 weeks
* Unloading & Loading vehicles / handballing loads from trucks or containers
* Accepting, and processing incoming stock and materials,
* Wrap, Pick & Dispatch Replenishment Tasks.
* Picking and filling orders from stock to send to other Sites
* Sortation, packing orders into Magnums / Bags.
* Managing, organizing & counting stock in the warehouse.
* Warehouse receivers will be required to lift boxes, walk, or stand for most of the shift.
* Warehouse receivers will have to operate manual pallet trucks, semi electric stackers, and other equipment around the warehouse.
* Warehouse receivers will also be required to use mobile stairs in the racking so there will also be an element of working at height.
Skills Required:
* Good communication both verbal and written
* Be confident in delivering effective communication to daily contacts
* Take ownership and accountability to achieve the required standards
* Positive demeanour and can do attitude
* Ability to learn new things
Experience:
* Previous warehouse experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
All training will be provided for this role
