Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This job can be done on a hybrid basis
Job Type: Full-time
Contract Type : Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus
Hours : Monday to Thursday, 8 am-5 pm; Friday, 8 am-3 pm

Due to growth and ambition, we are seeking a driven and successful individual to join our team as a Laser Sales Manager. We want to develop our products in new markets! We want you to help us find our place in those markets!
You will develop a whole new product range (making use of our Amada Laser machine), to establish our client base and then to manage and grow them.
There is the scope and opportunity to truly make this area your own!

Key Responsibilities: • Source and manage new clients. How you do this is your decision, whatever you consider to be the most effective way.
• Process quotes, receive orders, and manage the programming and nesting of the laser.
• Utilise AutoCAD to read, interpret, and design products in 3D modelling using SolidWorks and SigmaNEST or similar software.
• Programme CNC machine tools and laser cutters, creating technical drawings and programmes for manufacture.
• Develop this area of our business, making it your own and growing our market presence.
• Adapt to different working environments, from the programming office to customer meetings to the shop floor.

• Qualifications / Experience Required
• Ideally, you must have experience in a similar sales capacity within the Laser industry, preferably from a laser cutting background.
• Proven experience in flat laser operation is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SigmaNEST or similar software.
• Ability to interpret customer designs and create technical drawings and programmes for manufacture.
• Strong networking and sales skills, with the ability to source and manage accounts effectively.
• Driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Capability to build and lead a team as this aspect of the business grows.
