Job description
We are currently hiring an Order Processing Executive to join a reputable and well-established company based in Worcester . You will be joining a family run business with a great culture, energy and passion. The company specialises in manufacturing, converting, and distributing surface protection films, adhesive tapes, membranes and other associated products to manufacturers, fabricators, installers, and resellers.
As an Order Processing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for ensuring all orders are processed each day with complete accuracy and on time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring orders are loaded onto Business Central efficiently
- Cross checking orders for complete accuracy
- Liaising with the production team, transport providers, and site contacts
- Sending order acknowledgments to customers
- Booking on export orders with the relevant courier and providing all documentation accompanied with this process.
- Supporting the customer service team in answering the phone and emails
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Full Time – 08.00 – 17.00 / Monday - Friday
