Head Veterinary Nurse - TIPTON

•This role is well-suited for an experienced and dedicated veterinary nurse looking to take on a leadership position in a thriving practice.
•Salary up to £35,000 DOE and lots of excellent company benefits
•39 hours per week, no on call, 1:5 Saturdays till 1pm

Purovets are looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join an expanding team at a practice situated in a large market town near Tipton. The practice is purpose built with some great facilities including operating theatre, 3 dedicated consult rooms, large prep area, x-ray room and isolation block with separate cat and dog kennels.

At present, the veterinary practice comprises of a dedicated team of three experienced veterinary surgeons, whose expertise is complemented by the valuable support of 4 registered veterinary nurses, 1 student veterinary nurse, a proficient practice manager, and a team of five receptionists. This collaborative and well-rounded staff structure ensures the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality veterinary care.

Our client is looking for someone with good experience of veterinary nursing, excellent customer service and communication skills, you will be an effective team player and able to use your own initiative when required. Our client will support interests if you wish to develop your skills. An interest in Clinical Coaching/ Supervising and supporting the student nurses would be advantageous (training not essential and will be provided if interested in the future).
