Job description

This is a really great opportunity for a Russian speaking PA to join a great family office in Mayfair. You will be supporting a busy businessman who has high attention to detail. You will be a key part of the business and will be aiding the HNWI in many of his business ventures.

The Role:

The role is primarily to support the FOH of the family office and also support the HNWI with business and complete some personal assistance also.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Meeting and greeting clients into the family office
• · Ensuring the office is well presented
• · Replenishing the office supplies
• · Diary management
• · Russian translations and call interpretation
• · Booking travel and accommodation

The Candidate:

This is a great role where you can be part of a small team within a family office working for a HNWI.

• · Atleast 2 years of PA/EA/Reception experience
• · Russian speaker, with excellent English verbal and written
• · Can do attitude
• · Excellent organisation and prioritisation
