Finance and Processing Agent

6 months Contract

Newcastle - 5 days on site

£17 per hour to £22 Per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)

A well established consultancy firm is looking for a Finance and Processing Agent/Finance assistant to join their team on a 6 months contract and manage all their personal lending business.

The main focus of the role is to provide support to customers and colleagues with any financial enquiries about their loan accounts. As a Finance profession your main focus will be to process customer loan documentation and to support our Customer Service colleagues.

Essential Skills

• Previous payment/loan experience
• Background in banking, investment banking, insurance or financial services
• Strong awareness of GDPR and customer service rules and regulations
• Good understanding of loans, general loans, bookkeeping and all financial services within a banking environment

Role is based in newcastle - 6 months Contract £17 to £22 per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)
