Home Manager
Buckingham / £52,000 per annum / Permanent
Home Manager required. My client is a very well respected, Healthcare Provider with over 25 homes across the country who are looking for an experienced Home Manager based in Buckingham. The service has a Good CQC and offers person centred care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident. With 39 beds they offer care to those living with physical health needs and neurological conditions.
Home Manager Duties include:
* Oversee the day to day operations off the nursing home, ensuring the smooth running of all departments and maintaining high standards of care.
* Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance the resident experience
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for resident and staff
* Managing budgets and resources effectively, contributing to financial sustainability and the achievement of operational targets
* Monitoring and developing performance of care staff and the nursing team
* Ensuring effective rotas are in place
Home Manager Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
