The client is a financial services regulator based in the city of London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Diary management for the CEO
- Working with the team on projects and tasks
- Booking meetings and travel
- Formatting correspondence and distributing accordingly
- Acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO
- Attending meetings and taking minutes for the board
- Event management
- Office organisation, ordering stock and supplies
- Supporting the HR and compliance team with on boarding
- Assisting with facilities and liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Reception and switchboard duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have worked as an EA or PA before
- Have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Solid computer skills, including Powerpoint, MS office and Excel
- Have knowledge of projects
