Role Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join their amazing team in Gloustershire. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to deliver gold standard, one-to-one, holistic care in the homes of our patients.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide safe and high-quality nursing care, administering IV therapies as outlined in the patient's care plan.
- Uphold professional standards and act as an ambassador for patient-focused care.
- Build lasting personal relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to aid in their treatment and recovery.
- Undertake holistic clinical assessments.
Requirements:
- Registered NMC Nurse
- Competent in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections. Cannulation skills would be advantageous.
- Experience in undertaking holistic clinical assessments.
