Here at Bonmarche we have a fantastic opportunity for a Merchandise Administration Assistant based in our Head Office Wakefield. As Merchandise Administration Assistant we are looking for a well-rounded with commercial acumen who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative, experience desirable however not essential as full training provided. To provide administrative support and assist with analysis for the Merchandising Team. Responsibilities / Objectives: Updating weekly sales information for analysis documents Running various weekly sales/stock reports To assist with data entry and take responsibility for data input / updating various Merchandise systems Ensure all administration documentation procedures are maintained To undertake general departmental administration work, under the direction of the Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser Other duties as required by the Merchandiser Selection Criteria: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel Good standard of English and Maths Attention to detail Numerical Good communication & organisational skills Able to use own initiative Good team player Operating Environment: To operate in an open and even handed manner with all colleagues across the business.
