Our client is a reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. They genuinely care about the public and are doing their best to fight injustices all over the world. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. You will lead the marketing function of this area and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the business.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand presence, attract new clients, and foster client engagement. You will work closely with partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with the firm's goals and objectives.

SALARY: up to £58,000 - potentially higher for the right candidate with the right experience!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

• Work in tandem with the Head of Marketing to create and delivery marketing strategy for your business unit


• Line manage and coach/motivate/develop a small team of Marketing Execs, directing marketing activities and motivating the team, responsible for performance management, training, and coaching.


• Operate as the voice and face of the brand for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter Instagram, and others)


• Manage and guide all social media activity including content creation and running campaigns!


• Assist with digital marketing with regards to a branding restructure - managing website changes, branding, etc.


• Brand Management - ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.


• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the overall brand image and reputation.


• Content Creation - Develop compelling and informative content for various platforms.


• Manage the firm's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.


• Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, case studies, and press releases.


• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and quality.


• Plan and execute events, seminars, and webinars to showcase the firm's expertise and engage with clients and prospects.


• Operate at a senior level and manage marketing budgets, processes, and reporting - this is an analytical and strategic role that will involve reporting and devising data backed strategy.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager managing a small team.


• Experience managing re-branding, budgets, social media, and digital marketing (PPC, Google Analytics, Google ads)


• Experience working for a law firm or professional services (banking, accounting, financial services, etc.) is advantageous.


• Analytical and reporting skills


• Experience providing strategic insights and leading marketing strategy.


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent leadership skills


• Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to multi-task
