Overview of the role

We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead the Pharmacy team and to make a real difference at our pharmacy based in Port Seton.

• Salary -  Up to £28 per hour + annual incentive of up to 15% of annual salary in bonuses
• Contract Type -  Permanent - Full Time
• No. Hours per week - 37.5

The Pharmacy:

Great opportunity to grow the business due to the huge housing development near by. We need a pharmacist manager to help us continuing the great work the current pharmacist manager has done since taking over one year ago. Will need to be a strong character and experienced In pharmacy management.

Services and Items: CMS, Pharmacy First, Gluten Free, Smoking Cessation, Supervised Consumption and approx 1,500 per week with big opportunity to grow the business further.

The Team: 120 colleague hours with a mixture of dispensers and PA's

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
