Job Description
Lead and manage the Project Management Office team.
Oversee all projects in the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
Develop and implement project management policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to project managers.
Monitor project progress and produce regular reports.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate collaboration between different departments.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Head of our Project Management Office should have:
- degree in a relevant field such as Business or Project Management.
- Proven experience in leading a Project Management Office in a public sector and government environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organising, and controlling resources.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
