Job Description

Lead and manage the Project Management Office team.

Oversee all projects in the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
Develop and implement project management policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to project managers.
Monitor project progress and produce regular reports.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate collaboration between different departments.
