The Role
Lead on complex employment tribunal litigation.
Provide legal advice to a broad range of healthcare clients, across the NHS, primary care and private health sectors.
Undertake all aspects of employment law including drafting various employment documents, advising on maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy and restructuring, TUPE and employment tribunal claims.

6PQE+ in employment litigation and tribunals
Employment law experience within the health sector
Proven record of successful business development
