Aerial Direct's People Services Team are growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support with all aspects of recruitment across the group. Working a number of roles and identifying the best attraction strategy to ensure we engage top talent, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process and partner with hiring managers across three brands.
So what does the role involve?
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job adverts for current openings
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep updated throughout a hiring process
- Manage employee referral programmes
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Proactively headhunt candidates using relevant tools
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Participate in job fairs and external recruitment events
- Implement and manage applicant tracking system ensuring data is accurate and the business remains compliant
- Review and improve company brand based on market trends, internal and external feedback
- Manage the recruitment process end to end and identify improvements
- Promote and manage an excellent candidate experience at all recruitment stages
- Positively represent Aerial Direct and work as part of the wider People Services Team

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a recruitment role
- Experience using various interview formats
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with multiple candidate attraction methods
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems & resume databases
- Good knowledge of labour legislation
- Experience writing boolean search strings
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience in Telecommunications or IT is preferred
- Experience in technical recruitment is preferred
