Job description
The Workshop Controller will be responsible for the below:
- Effectively manage and coordinate workshop tasks within the logistics department.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage resources, including staff and equipment, to maximise efficiency.
- Comply with health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues within the workshop.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
