I am currently seeking Cover Supervisor's or Unqualified Teacher's for local schools in the Milton Keynes!

A Cover Supervisor's typical responsibilities:

* Supervising / covering lessons already planned and set for a class
* Managing pupil behaviour for any class you are assigned cover with and implement schools behaviour policy if required
* Be flexible and able to provide cover across a range of subjects and key stages
* Be able to provide 1:1 support and answer questions about processes and procedures in line with the school policy
* Keeping pupils on task to complete their work

What do we look for in a Cover Supervisor?

* You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to cover lessons to a high standard
* You will need to be able to manage behaviour effectively in the classroom
* You will need to adhere to each school's individual behaviour policies
