Job description

We have an exciting opportunity available for an  Maintenance Team Leader tojoin our Strathyre team working full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. In return we will offer you a competitive pay rate of £10.72 per hour (opportunity to earn £11.25 per hour if monthly targets met), a place to develop your skills in a growing company and the chance to work in some of the UK’s most stunning forest environments.

Open all year round, as an Maintenance Team Leader you will play a pivotal role supporting the Operations Manager and assist in the supervising of the Support Crew, working alongside them to ensure they complete their daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.

Our Maintenance Team Leader will complete general maintenance tasks, so a good knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is essential. You will complete checks of our cabins to ensure that everything is in good working order and respond to issues that guests raise - anything from a dishwasher not draining to concerns over their heating and hot water. In addition, you may be required to complete general maintenance on our fleet of mountain bikes.
