As A Patient Concierge you will love to speak on the phone and help patients realise what services and care they provide. You will need to be patient and have excellent administration skills. They require you to call new and existing patients and to also carry out any other general office duties and any other reasonable tasks that may be required.
Main Duties:
* New Lead Response by phone and email
* Calling new and existing patients to offer appointments
* Setting up online consultations
* Responding to emails
* Calling patients following surgery - courtesy call
* Inbound calls
* Following up with leads to offer appointments
Criteria:
* Extensive telephone experience, enjoy talking on the phone and engaging with people
* Excellent organisational skills
* Self-motivated and driven
* Superb attention to detail
* A good team support
* Well-spoken with excellent written English
* Computer literate and a fast learner
