Job description
Specialist PROTEIN PURCHASING role for someone with experience in buying for a VEGAN or vegetarian consumer profile. You will have experience in dealing with suppliers of alternatives to meat, dairy or fish .The trend away from eating animal products is growing and you will be able to harness your expertise and knowledge in a highly commercial environment and become the category expert in an in-demand area.

Location : Hybrid role ( 3 days in the office in Buckinghamshire. UK) and flexible working hours

Salary : up to circa £71,000 (comprised of base salary up to £64,000 + £6,400 bonus and free breakfast and lunch
International travel required : Yes, occasional

Your role "sits" between your chosen suppliers and your clients and you will have direct personal contact with both.
