Lettings Consultant
Birkenshaw
£19,000 - £24,000 DOE + bonus
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-2pm. Would consider someone looking for part time hours.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our amazing client in their Birkenshaw Branch.
The role requires someone who is organised, forward thinking and has experience in Lettings!
Working in their busy, fast-paced office, you will deal with the day to day running of the Lettings department. This is a fantastic role for an experienced property manager or an ambitious Lettings Negotiator.
Lettings Consultant duties:
* Handling enquiries, arranging viewings and booking appointments
* Marketing new properties
* Ongoing property maintenance
* Keeping up to date with current legislation
* Being a point of contact for both landlord and tenant
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all landlords and tenants
* Arranging maintenance works on our landlord's properties
* Liaising with tradespeople for maintenance works
* Organising and conducting move-in appointments with tenants
* Issuing notices to tenants when required
* Conducting end of tenancy check out
* Arrange tenancy renewals and relets
* Arranging house inspections and gas checks
* Chasing rent arrears
* Prospecting for new business opportunities
The successful applicant would ideally have experience in lettings however, a strong background in the customer service sector would be considered.
