Job description
We are excited to be recruiting for a recruiter to join this global hospitality company. This is a business that is growing from strength to strength and this position is to help the business grow with the support of the right talent. As the recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process of a pool of temporary talent that is needed on match days and events. You will be based at one of London’s iconic sporting stadiums. A background in hospitality is a must to be able to understand the culture, terminology and to be able to work at the pace required. The main scope of this role is to oversee the recruitment process of hospitality staff. You will be sourcing, interviewing, making sure that there is a vigilant approach to compliance, and onboarding. This role will be all about the quality of talent rather than quantity. Ideally, you will be working within a recruitment agency or sourcing hospitality talent in-house. The basic salary is up to £35,000. The position comes with 33 days holiday, and the great perk of access on match days and live musical events. There is a discretionary bonus available, working Monday to Friday from the office.
