Job description
Liaising with clients to understand and address their needs
Leading a multi-disciplinary design team to achieve project goals
Project programming and timeline management
Conducting quality and technical reviews
Overseeing the production of technical packages
Managing project contracts from inception to completion
Knowledge of Revit
Requirements:Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
Strong overall design understanding
Leadership and effective communication skills
Technical proficiency, especially in CAD (Revit/BIM Standards)
Proven track record in liaising with clients and leading design teams
Capability in project programming and quality reviews
Experience in overseeing the production of technical packages
Contract management skills from project inception to completion
