We are looking for an industrial or driving recruitment professional who gets excited by sales and is results driven
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Industrial & Driving Sector - West Midlands or East Midlands - Remote or Hybrid
Salary £32,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission

BDE Responsibilities - Not limited to
- Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long term business, achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals
- Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
- Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new partnerships
- Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.
- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.
- Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to
face using targets as set by Business Manager
- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
- Ensure Access CRM Sales Flow is continually updated.
- Attend networking events to gain market intelligence and leads whilst promoting the Gi brand.
- Sell over minimum two regions.
- Look to optimise networking of client sites over the geographical region.
BDE - Skills
- Must have a strong recruitment background and be able to confidently demonstrate sales/ new business wins
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive ideally from industria or driving sector
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
