The Role: We are seeking a talented Maths Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Spalding. Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching practice

Requirements of a Maths Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics
• Experience as a Maths teacher
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional growth and development
