We’re looking for a Commercial Support Administrator to join our team in Kings Hill, Kent
Our Commercial Support Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our growing Wholesale team. You'll contribute to the success of our fresh produce sales by assisting with various tasks, from processing orders and managing supply chains to building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities include:
- Support the Wholesale team through assisting with daily operations, ensuring efficient customer service, and maintaining accurate order processing.
- Maintain data integrity in sales management and inventory records, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, and conducting error checks.
- Communicating with customers via email and phone.
- Processing orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the supply chain by maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating product delivery.
- Build rapport with assigned wholesale accounts and providing solutions to their needs.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and contributing to data analysis for sales support.
Requirements
Essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including data entry and formula creation
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to quickly build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Desirable
- Knowledge of the fresh fruit or supply chain industry
- Prior experience working within an administrative support function
- Prior experience in a customer facing position
