Fully remote working

• Full time, permanent
• £55,000 per annum plus car allowance

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to implement and embed our people proposition. You'll play a vital role in driving talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align organisational plans with our people strategy
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Identify skill gaps and develop internal talent pipelines
• Lead HR initiatives including talent management, change management, and employee engagement
• Resolve employee relations issues and promote effective line management
• Build strong relationships with managers and senior leaders across the organisation
• Drive HR agenda for talent planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Analyse organisational development initiatives and make recommendations

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner
• Proven track record in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to 3/4 days per week)
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
