Talent Acquisition Consultant
Head Office: Gloucester, Brockworth Business Park
Full Time: 8.30am -17.00pm
Salary: £28,350
Hybrid working pattern (Potentially remote for the right candidate & experience)
About the role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who can bring their personality to our business, building fruitful relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process You can expect to develop and grow a career with us, with the full support of the company around you. Developing your skills in talent acquisition and building a flourishing future with us, whether that be developing yourself as a standout consultant or progressing to a specialist or even team leader! We will tailor your development around you and work with you to achieve your goals and ambitions
You will be Attracting, sourcing and screening high quality candidates for roles across the group, supporting hiring managers, taking ownership and specialising in a specific channel of our business whether that be our care division, housing regions or our repairs and maintenance business, the opportunities are huge!
This role would suit someone who has a strong background in internal recruitment or perhaps you are working in an agency environment and want to develop your in-house career within a large scale, national company.
Role Criteria:
Experience in Recruitment
Strong IT Skills
Strong communication skills; written and verbal
Good Customer Service to candidates and the business
Team Player
Proactive approach- Think on your feet & adapt to situations
Emotionally resilient – ability to handle pressure well and to exercise emotional control
