What the role is all about…
We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our in-house User Experience team. In this role you will create best in class content (components/pages/journeys) for our Content and Knowledge Management systems.
You will be able to use the Digital Guidelines (DDS) and CMS systems and other content management systems to create, update and publish all appropriate digital content and provide expertise in content creation, authoring, editing, and publishing.
This role can be based at our Reading or Glasgow office

- What you’ll be doing…
- Create/manage and publish content across Three’s digital estate
- Deliver high quality work that achieves a consistent digital and brand narrative
- Working across multiple agile teams to meet all aspects of content design
- Collaborate with colleagues by ensuring you take direction but also be prepared to lead it.
Qualifications
What you'll ideally bring...
- Experience in Content creation and management.
- A proven track record of content creation and building best in class pages/journeys and experiences
- Proficiency in all Adobe AEM and other CMS or content systems.
- You will be able to demonstrate a passion for working with an Agile mindset and have experience of collaborating as part of an agile framework.
- A good understanding and working knowledge of web technologies and basic coding practices and languages such as HTML(5) & CSS(3) as well as good working knowledge of basic UI Design and experience in Design applications such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite beneficial.

- The salary range for this role starts at £37,200 and exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
