This job role is full time/permanent.
Based in Antrim.
As an Operations Assistant/Packer you will be responsible for picking and packing of orders each day in a busy warehouse environment. .
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing of orders.
- All stock room duties including stock take, organisation and movement of stock, repacking, labelling.
- Customer return handling and processing.
- Answering customer queries by email & telephone.
- Preparation of stock for outbound shipments.
- Assisting in stock deliveries.
- Keeping the warehouse safe & tidy.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent customer service.
- Organisational skills.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge.
Desirable Skills
- Warehouse or Retail experience.
Further Information
Once fully trained, occasional Saturday Rota working 9am-2pm
