• Competitive salary £17,000 - £34,000 DOE

Looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as a Registered Veterinary Nurse or a Student Veterinary Nurse? Look no further! Our client, an independent first opinion practice is seeking a passionate and talented RVN or SVN to join their exceptional team. Whilst they are looking for a student nurse you must have previous experience within a veterinary clinic i.e. VCA.

Located just off the M42 and conveniently accessible from Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, and surrounding areas, this practice offers a perfect blend of rural charm and state-of-the-art facilities.

As an RVN or SVN you will be an integral part of a stellar team comprising 5 vets, 6 nurses, 2 physiotherapists, a practice manager (who also happens to be an RVN), and 6 dedicated receptionists. Together, you will provide a comprehensive range of first opinion services and rehabilitation referrals, ensuring the utmost well-being of all patients.

The practice is equipped with cutting-edge technology and facilities that will make your veterinary heart skip a beat. Imagine having access to a water treadmill, laser machines, multi-parameter monitors, dental X-Ray equipment, and purpose-built cat and dog wards. Our client takes pride in their RWAF accreditation, demonstrating their commitment to high standards and animal welfare. Additionally, they are a training practice, proudly employing SVN's and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Your week will be filled with diverse responsibilities, including anaesthetic monitoring and preparation, conducting various nurse clinics (think senior screening and laser therapy), supporting the talented veterinary surgeons, and providing exceptional inpatient care.

The Role:
• Full Time role - 37.5 hour week
• Part time applications will also be considered
• 1:4/5 Saturday mornings
• No on-call, Sundays or Bank Holidays
• No OOH
