Assessor Trainer in Early Years and Education
Pro rata of £23,264 - £25,424 (i.e. £18,862.70 - £20,614.05) per annum.
30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team of Assessor Trainers in our Childcare Early Years department.
We are looking for an individual with a desire to make a difference in this important sector.
You will have experience of tracking, monitoring and reporting candidate progress and have a demonstrable experience of a candidate and employer centric approach to delivery. A recognised understanding of Apprenticeships and Vocational learning will be desirable or a willingness to develop the skills around this.
You will have up to date knowledge of the Early Years sector and experience of working within this sector.
You will have a relevant level 3 (or above) Early Years, or similar, qualification along with recent vocational experience and be able to work flexibly to meet sector requirements. A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable.
A recognised qualification for Assessing is essential.
