Working Hours: Full Time, Remote Working
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a
Council based in South East in the search for an experienced
Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a full-time position where you will be providing advice on all commercial property matters.
Duties may include:
- Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
- Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work
- Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters
This post is full time, (37 hours per week) on a remote basis offering up to £55 per hour Umbrella.
