Job description
HR Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Shrewsbury, on a temporary basis. The purpose of this post is to effectively provide HR support for your colleagues and staff of the establishment. The post involves HR administration and coordination of Staff absence.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative and have the ability to communicate professionally, courteously, and politely with all members of staff at the establishment and all external parties.
Duties not limited to:
- Record and maintain records of staffing absence data and absence cover in line with procedures.
- Update and complete all return-to-work paperwork relating to staff absence.
- Complete absence reports in order for payroll to be processed.
- Coordinate and administer staff cover for sickness absence.
- Complete insurance reports detailing staffing absence.
- Record and maintain staffing absence data on SIMS data base.
Ideal Candidate
Hours Mon-Fri 07:30-15:30
Salary £12.59ph
