Job description

HR Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Shrewsbury, on a temporary basis. The purpose of this post is to effectively provide HR support for your colleagues and staff of the establishment. The post involves HR administration and coordination of Staff absence.
 
The successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative and have the ability to communicate professionally, courteously, and politely with all members of staff at the establishment and all external parties.
 
Duties not limited to:

 
Ideal Candidate
  • Happy to undertake an enhanced DBS.
  • Will have worked within a HR environment/be aware of HR processes.
  • Able to build a good rapport with colleagues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong IT Skills and computer literacy: Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word, experience with and/or knowledge of business applications and tools.
  • Able to confidently work from initiative, without constant management supervision.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills especially via telephone and email.
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality.
 
Hours Mon-Fri 07:30-15:30
Salary £12.59ph
