We are currently recruiting for a Benefits Consultant to join our Total Rewards Centre of Expertise, primarily supporting EMEA & APAC benefit & wellbeing programmes.  Ideally located in one of our European Offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design & implementation of local programmes aligned with the Total Rewards strategy.  This role also partners with the regional HR teams in EMEA and APAC in the annual renewal processes of our broad range of benefit plans.

• Overseeing benefit programmes in EMEA & APAC, including local and regional benefit reviews and annual renewals, ensuring design is in line with the global strategy.
• Collaborating on global initiatives, as directed by the Benefits Manager, using in-depth knowledge of benefit offerings and industry trends.
• Acting as a functional lead for selected benefits plans including the provision of support to various benefit committees and global reporting requirements.
• Serving as a point of contact for global and regional brokers & vendors appointed by the CoE. Assessing vendor proposals and statements of work and making recommendations as appropriate.  Receiving and resolving escalated vendor issues.
• Benchmarking of reward programmes and gathering information required for the development and implementation of best-in-class programmes aligned with business needs and Corporate values.
• Providing expert guidance on benefit laws and policies to HR Regional partners and other benefit professionals, recommending enhancement to benefit administration processes where appropriate.

• Degree Education or other HR related Professional Qualification.
• Five years plus benefits consulting experience ideally across multiple countries within EMEA & APAC.
• Knowledge of Retirement Plans including DB schemes.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Strong analytical skills including proficient level of Excel.
• Experience in developing and managing project plans.
• Ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
• Previous experience of working in a CoE function.
