Job description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and creative candidate to join the award-winning Marketing department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Graphic Designer. This role will form part of a Design team of four, producing assets across different areas of the club.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with the design team to fulfil all briefs, taking ownership of certain products and working with stakeholders across the club to deliver requirements
Areas of involvement will include men’s and women’s matchdays, commercial products from retail to memberships, catering and events, and design support for the Regional Development Programme
Report back on the performance and progress in regular meetings with Editorial Designer
Assist in implementing and adhering to the club’s central brand and its sub-brands, playing a key role in ensuring they are consistently delivered
Help to produce and develop innovative, market-leading creative to help the club implement marketing campaigns that deliver beyond expectation and set the bar
To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
The successful candidate will have immaculate attention to detail, use initiative and be proactive in implementing new ideas, as well as possessing the confidence to raise suggestions that will improve output.
Applicants should have a very good working knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), alongside a degree in graphic design or other creative qualification which took a minimum of two years to achieve. Industry experience is not required for this role.
