As the Paid Social Media Manager, you'll drive the success of client campaigns through effective strategy development and execution. You’ll be responsible for optimizing performance, managing budgets, and creating engaging content. What will this role include?
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies for enhanced brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across diverse platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, refining targeting and messaging opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports for informed decision-making and improved campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad copy and visual content resonating with the target audience.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms, ensuring campaign effectiveness and compliance.
- Oversee budget allocation and optimization, ensuring efficient resource use and delivering measurable ROI.
- Test and iterate on campaign elements, including audience segmentation, ad formats, and bidding strategies, for continual improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends for crafting effective paid strategies.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and generate insightful reports measuring the success of paid social efforts.
