Morgan McKinley are seeking passionate finance professionals to join our client in Abingdon.

This role is full time in the office ideally, with 1 day working from home after 6 months, due to the nature of the role and the business partnering required.

**The Opportunity**

As an FP&A Analyst (EMEAL) based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, you'll collaborate with expert teams, shaping testing that is instrumental In new product creation. Supporting the EMEAL region you will be working with overseas stakeholders with making critical decisions and supporting their divisions. This role is an even 50/50 spit with FP&A and Finance Business Partnering.

**Responsibilities**

• Ensure timely, high-quality financial reporting and analysis for the FP&A Manager, EMEA and the site.
• Lead quarterly forecasting for designated markets, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Act as a crucial finance business partner to Regional Commercial Directors and Managers, providing pivotal financial insight and supporting with key decision making and challenging key stakeholders in the right manner.
• Drive monthly financial reporting packs for key markets and enhance revenue, margin, and KPI reporting for sustainable commercial growth.
• Maintain commercial dashboards for assigned regions and support Demand Planning submissions.
• Contribute to ad-hoc project work as needed.
• To have continuous process improvement at the forefront of your mind looking at ways to work more effectively.

**What You Bring**

• Qualification or part-qualification as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA); relevant experience (QBE) will be considered.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Advantageous experience with PowerBI and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and supporting them with key decision making.
• Have worked in a commercial role before with the knowledge of revenue forecasting, variance analysis, Price margin etc.
• Initiative to investigate the numbers and the story behind the numbers. To ask why and to aide further investigations whilst highlighting opportunities or risks.
