Our client in Somerset is looking for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, to cover the following vacancy.

Specs:
* Job Title: Community Physiotherapist
* Band: 6
* Location: Taunton/West Somerset/Bridgewater
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: 6 Months
* Working Pattern: 3-5 Days/week
Requirements:
* HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
* Community Therapist with ideally skills in crisis/hospital avoidance
* Rehab skills as needs to be able to identify goals and onward plans for patient.
* Driver as need to drive across area and within 2 hour time frame for UCR visit.
* Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential.
* Flexible adaptable and able to manage /prioritise caseload load that change during the day.
