As a Support Worker with Halo Staffing, you can work the hours that will suit you and your lifestyle and allow you to do the things that are important to you, such as continuing your education, doing the school run or continuing with your hobbies.
As a Support Worker for Autism, you will be supporting a lovely gentleman. You will be supporting him in his day-to-day role as an Inclusion and Engagement Officer. You will support him in the office to carry out various tasks including braking down large amounts of information into smaller more manageable chunks, prompting, and supporting him to manage and advise his colleagues, as well as supporting him with administrative tasks. His average working hours are 5 – 15 hours per week Monday – Friday.

You will receive full training as a Support Worker and will be supported by other support workers and Carers in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure that people with disabilities receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.

Previous experience in a managerial position
