GSL education are working with an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” special school based in Hammersmith and Fulham, which are looking for a SEND Teacher to join them this September.

This Ofsted rated “Outstanding school” based in Hammersmith and Fulham caters to 73 students ages 2-19 years with a range of Severe learning difficulties, including PMLD. The school describes themselves as a happy, friendly school where pupils are encouraged and supported to learn and achieve.

The Role:
Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• To provide a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that is modified and differentiated to meet the needs of pupils with SLD/PMLD
• To provide ongoing assessments of individual pupils through the setting of individual education plans and individual care plans
• To support whole school policy development
• To work in partnership with a range of other professionals, Parents/carers to ensure continuity for all pupils.
