Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at Atomic Digital Marketing you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives particularly in the B2B and B2C sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between customers and our operations team handling finance account queries etc.
- Negotiating terms of sales agreements and closing sales with customers.
- Gathering market and customer information to understand customer needs.
- Addressing customer queries and resolving objections to facilitate purchases.
- Advising the team on improvements and innovative ideas.
- Creating proposal documents for formal bidding procedures.
- Ensuring the high quality of our service offerings.
- Providing detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations to customers.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives : Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to effectively target new clients and markets enhancing our digital footprint.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Market Analysis : Conduct indepth market research to identify trends challenges and opportunities using this insight to tailor your sales approach.
